Scanning - Using a stationary scanner to work with the whole car and a handheld one to work out small parts, we create a three-dimensional model of the car or a separate part for the further work with the design of our car body kits.

Design - On a 3d model of the car we create a polygonal model of future body kit. We get a visual part of the products that we plan to launch.

Modeling - Construction of geometrically precise CAD model of our products.

CNC Framing - Machine High Precision Processing MDF blank. The master-model we receive after processing is sent to the stage of forming the glass-plastic matrix.

Vacuum Infusion - A reliable way to make carbon products. In the prepared press-form we place necessary thickness of details, assemble the system and create a hermetically sealed system. The binders displace the air and fill all the gaps in our system. In 24 hours, you can get our detail.

Manual processing - All the details are entirely handmade: preparation, cutting, laying, edging. Before the final stage, the moulded part needs to be very precisely cut out, its surface has to be prepared without breaking the carbon texture.

Varnishing - The final stage is coating the details with high-strength automobile varnish. This process is very labour-intensive, as the main task is to keep the perfect carbon pattern and it is not possible to use auxiliary materials, it is necessary to make 2-3 full varnishes with intermediate drying and polishing.
